About Sunburst Cares

Each year, we organize a large Summer Bash event for families at Bridge Over Troubled Waters in Pasadena, TX. This themed event features food, games, and activities, creating a fun and supportive environment for all families.

By organizing an annual event that brings families together for a day of enjoyment, Sunburst Cares aims to offer a break and a sense of normalcy to those affected by domestic abuse.

Each holiday season, we organize, and pack Christmas boxes filled with toys, hygiene items, school supplies, and clothing for children in need overseas.

This initiative helps spread joy and provides essential items to children who may not otherwise receive gifts during the holiday season.

Our employees volunteer quarterly at The Beacon in Houston, TX, assisting with meal preparation and serving food to individuals in need.

This engagement allows us to give back and support our community.

Each year, we host a Top Golf Tournament fundraising event to support Camp Hope’s PTSD Foundation of America and Truckers Against Trafficking in their efforts to combat human trafficking and raise awareness about PTSD. 

This event provides an opportunity for our family, friends, and colleagues to come together and contribute to a cause that has a meaningful impact.

During Christmas Time, Sunburst Cares supports our local toy drive that helps put new clothes and toys under the tree for 1 million children across the United States who usually have to go without a Christmas gift.

This initiative helps bring joy to kids who might otherwise go without a holiday gift, giving us the chance to make a meaningful impact.

 Each year, we participate in the Chicks & Hogs BBQ Cook-Off Event in Houston, TX, where competing teams raise funds for local homeless children and their families as they work to get back on their feet.

This event offers us the opportunity to connect with other companies and compete for a meaningful cause.

Several times a year, we pack healthy meals for children ages 5 and under who are not only at a critical developmental stage but cannot access school-based free meal programs in Houston, TX.

By packing meals for young children who are unable to access school meals, Sunburst Cares helps address nutritional needs for Houston’s vulnerable population.

 Each year, Sunburst Cares support a local family in need by providing financial assistance throughout the year. Sunburst Cares offers holiday and birthday gifts, back-to-school clothing and supplies, and additional financial aid whenever possible.

Our goal is to ease burdens and bring joy throughout the year for the entire family.
